Entropia offers a radio room to its customers. It is possible to use the radio room at various locations simultaneously. Before Entropia offers a radio room solution, technical and functional analyses are first performed. A radio room can then be offered on the basis of these data.

Entropia offers a radio room to its customers. It is possible to use the radio room at various locations simultaneously. The ComBus is a standard radio room fully developed by Entropia. The software is modular and can be parameterised as the customer so desires.

A brief overview of the possibilities:

• Sending and receiving data messages and status messages;
• Setting up voice connections with the people “in the field”;
• Live positioning graphically on the map (to 100 sec. accuracy);
• Emergency call/Man down: calling immediately and zooming in on the map;
• Integrated user management: there are standard groups present so that certain information can be protected per type of user;
• Dispatching tasks and orders: dictating tasks and allocating to mobile employees;
• Reporting data integrated in the programme or via website;

  • GPS logbook (overview of all positions, follow-up monitoring);

The functionalities are offered in three available modules:

• Central operators: all tasks that will be carried out by the (supervisor) central operator
• Interaction: all tasks in which both the central operators and the users are involved
• Management: all tasks that will be carried out by the supervisor.
