The Integrated Control Room System (GMS) currently supports 112 operators, helping front-line personnel by delivering a real-time overview of activity, with the ability to up-scale service for large incident out in the field of Public Order and Safety (OOV).

GMS is designed and implemented for use by the emergency services including police, ambulance, and fire brigades. This integrated approach enables decisive and adequate response to any incident seamlessly across multiple agencies.


GMS is operated by the Dutch Government. Integration with Entropia’s ComBus and 112 government operators was completed early 2024.

GMS links with Entropia’s communication platform ComBus, Entropia network information or conversation requests are automatically registered via radios and incidents can be handled immediately.
